A custom invitation can be created based on your corporate identity or another style you choose. Once designed, the custom invitation can be used for all your meetings. You can have as many different custom invitation styles as you like. The custom invitations can be added at the Single User Account level, for use by one person, or at the Master Account level for sharing across every account in the organization. The Gold Program is designed for organizations that wish to make an institutional investment in Meeting Manager as part of their IT strategy. The Gold program capitalizes on economies of scale and provides a set of administrative tools that support account applications by employees to the institution’s Meeting Manager Gold program, rather than directly to Meeting Manager.
